The Masterclass Virtual Program is designed to bring together a cohort of like minded managers and leaders over an 8 week period of online training.

The sessions are delivered via an online program where we will walk through the key principles of a strategic plan. At some of the sessions we will have a guest speaker who will work with me to help with the various subjects covered over the 8 weeks.

There will also be a library of instructional videos that you will have access to and be able to download and use as needed. You can even use these videos as instructional videos for your teams. You can Register Here

Start with Why. To use the Simon Sinek’s book title, we work through the decision making process of “why are you doing what you do”?

Over the 8 weeks we cover these main areas when developing a Strategic Plan: Operations (focus on the economic engine); Marketing (Brand and Product); Finance (Budgets, Cash Flow, Capital raising); Business Protection (Structures to protect your Business Assets); Succession Planning (Who are you grooming?); People Management (Developing a winning culture).

We cover just enough of each of these to get you started and not overwhelmed. You’ll be asked to develop the framework of your plan and share that with the group. Over the next 8 weeks you will have particular milestones that you will set yourself and we’ll buddy you up with one or more of your cohorts to keep you ACCOUNTABLE.

Private meetings and Weekly Coaching will be held online. We will also invite you to a Private Facebook Group that is specifically set up for your cohort, and no-one else. You’ll be able to exchange ideas informally during the week, we’ll have a formal ‘live’ meeting where we will be introducing a topic each week to help you with your Project. You can also PM each other off line if needed.

Continuation of the Cohort. It doesn’t finish here. We will keep the Facebook Group Open and you can continue with your ‘Buddy’ or just call on the Group when needed.

As we grow the number of Cohorts, we will introduce an alumni where you will be able to broaden your network and you’ll be confident that you’ll be mixing with the same crowd.
