THE PROBLEM
You run a business with more frontline supervisors who are employed to make decisions, and as far as you’re concerned, they have the authority to make them. Why is it they don’t?
There are usually two reasons. Some supervisors don’t yet have the skills or experience, or they’ve made a poor call in the past and are worried about the consequences of getting another one wrong. Others have been told they have the authority, but they feel they’re being watched because you keep checking in.
Either way, the result is the same. They’re a constant shadow at your door, asking for a decision or checking whether the decision they’ve already made is right.
WHAT THE PROGRAM DOES
The program gives you a structure to hand over the job and still see what’s going on. You get a clear way to check progress without stepping in. Your supervisors know the structure backs them, and that you’ll leave them to do what you’re paying them to do.
WHERE IT COMES FROM
I’ve delivered this content in person to over 200 supervisors. The online format is new, and these first intakes are how I’ll refine it before the full launch.
THE OUTCOME
By the end of 12th week:
- Your supervisors will have solved a real problem in your business and put the solution in place. The goal is to have a positive ROI for your training investment.
- Your business will have a delegation framework you can use again with other people and other problems.
THE GUARANTEE
Before the program starts, you and your supervisors identify an existing problem and what a good solution looks like. There is a money back guarantee attached to the outcome.

WHAT IS THE PRICE?
$750 plus GST per business – one problem – up to three supervisors.
This is below the eventual price. The content has been proven in person; the online delivery is new, and the price reflects that.
Payment is in three $250 Installments
TIME COMMITMENT
About an hour a day for each participant, all in work time. That covers a weekly online session of 30 to 60 minutes and the time needed to work on the project during the week.
As the owner, you’ll attend the monthly milestone sessions and the pre-program planning.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
- Your business is based in Australia and has supervisors who manage a section and staff.
- You’ll act as sponsor for up to three participants.
- You have a business problem you’ve been trying to solve.
- You’ll work with your supervisor before the program starts to agree on the outcome.
- You’ll give them the time, space and support to work on the problem for 12 weeks.
- You’ll keep oversight through the monthly milestone sessions and let the framework run to the end without stepping in.
- You’ll let them attend the weekly session during work hours.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You want to interfere and control the progress of the project.
- You want to set or change the project priorities as it goes.
- You can’t spare your supervisors for about an hour a day over the 12 weeks.
- You expect them to do the work in their own time.
